ORDER

Order online at: www.atelierannick.com; by calling on: 02030 915 487; or emailing us at: sales@atelierannick.com. Where stock is available you order will be delivered on the next working day. Otherwise, please allow between 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Owing to the nature of the materials used, they may be variations amongst the products, this will only add to the uniqueness of your purchase. Some of our handbags are Limited Editions or One Offs. If in doubt, please call 02030 915 487, before placing your order.

CONFIRMATION

Orders are confirmed once payment has been made. An email receipt confirming your order and estimated shipping date will then be sent, so please keep this for your records.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

There is an £8.00 flat charge for delivery in the UK. A separate charge applies for shipping abroad. All items in the basket will be shipped 1st class to a single address. A signature might be required, so please select a delivery address where you can be sure there will be someone to accept delivery.

RETURN

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you receive a faulty product, we will refund or exchange your purchase, within 7 days of you receiving your package. Please make sure you send us a notification by email at returns@atelierannick.com as soon as possible. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and packaging, accompanied by a sales receipt. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited in the same manner, and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Sales items are non refundable.

All payments information is secured through SAGE PAY Gateway. Your personal details will only be used for processing your order, and will not be passed on to any third party.
