Where stock is available your order will be delivered on the next working day. Otherwise, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Owing to the nature of the materials used, there may be variations amongst the products, this will only add to the uniqueness of your purchase. Some of our handbags are limited editions or one offs. Free delivery for purchase over £250.00.There is a charge of £6.00 for xx delivery within the UK. There will be a separate charge for shipping abroad. All items in the basket will be shipped by 1st Class mail to a single address. A signature might be required, so please select a delivery address where you can be sure there will be someone to accept delivery.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you receive a faulty product, we will refund or exchange your purchase, within 10 days of you receiving your package. Please make sure you send us a notification email, or call us on +(44)2030 915 487 as soon as possible. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and packaging, accompanied by a sales receipt. Return shipping charges are non refundable, and the full responsibility of the customer. Your return will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase. Sales items cannot be refunded.
